@fazzyeight33 B/P points comes from your rank, so if you're Town Watch, you have +2% more voting power added to your already existing voting power. So if you have a Vote Power of 1.00, 2% of that would be added to it too, so it'd end up being 1.02.
You get Blams and Saves by voting on submissions in the portal. Blamming is rating something 0-1.5 stars while saving is 2-5 stars. This only works on submissions Under Judgement on the Portal! Only movies and games can get deleted from low ratings in the portal so don't worry if you have an audio or art piece that doesn't do too well.

So just keep voting on stuff in the portal and you'll level up in no time, especially now considering how many things are Under Judgment!
